Luxury Trunk operates from Turkey and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All orders are handled and dispatched through our local fulfillment center to ensure efficient delivery.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (available in the UAE only).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Is Tabby or Tamara available as a payment option?
