To be eligible, the item must be:

• unused and unworn
• in its original condition
• with all tags and protective packaging intact
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

• beauty or personal-care items
• accessories that have been worn or used (e.g., sunglasses, watches)
• items that show wear, damage, or missing packaging
• final sale or clearance items
• Custom orders or personalized items are also non-returnable.
